You're banned on SEVERAL accounts, trust me, I've been there forever, and have seen it.
Creating your new nick is circumventing the ban. I won't discuss it any further -- it's obvious that you're just playing stupider than you usually are.
The new account must stay, to preserve the IP chains for evidence. I would suggest you back off over there, though, and stop threatening people with real-world violence. Just my two cents.
