                  There's an option in Winamp preference to output to .WAV format. After that, just burn those WAV files to a regular CD.

                  There's also a little progy named CDEX http://www.cdex.n3.net that you can download to facilitate ripping MP3 to WAV.

                              just add the mp3's to a cd compilation in nero.. it will automatically convert them to cd audio
