    I am going back to my Personal Trainer

    I have tried everything under the sun and i am still turning into a big fat fuck lol. I have tried walking, which never lasts, eating good food, which never lasts, the only way i seem to keep fit is when i am seeing my personal trainer, booked in for Wednesday morning.

                              Walking is bullshit, it's what fat people do so they can then say "I do everything I can, it's just in my genes!".

                              Eat right. Real cardio exercise. Weight training if you can. That's the bottom line.
