    any program out there that will alert you when us rates are preferred?

    i'm looking for a program that will alert me when us rates are, for example, higher then 1.35 so i can transfer money from my us account into my canadian account. yes i could just check the rates daily but man.. i'm all into having things automated now. i got way too much to do and there isn't enough time in a day.
