Head over to the Arizona Corporation Commission, do a search on "SRSware" and I got file 10845985, which is for SRSWARE.COM, INC., which seems to be the company. The corp, on the face, is being run by someone named "STEPHEN SULLIVAN" of "ORO VALLEY". Corp was formed in 2003 and appears to be in good standing.
