Oh man you guys are funny, I used to do this all the time. Look put the ball in a regular size 16oz of peanut butter, stick it all the way into the middle, seal the cap and package the peanut butter like a small gift, you can send it either UPS or Fedex, but send it next day air, there is a bigger chance, if any, that they wont catch it. Believe me I did this for many years and never got busted

are you saying that sending it overnight via Fedex or UPS is going to give him a *bigger* chance of getting caught? i would have thought the shorter time in transit, the better... this is not so..?

aha, makes more sense... well, he is still dead-set on doing this, even after reading this thread... any suggestion which carrier would be the best to go w/ for this task? obviously not USPS i assume, so between Fedex or UPS..?

Wrap it in celephane...then put it in a baggy of expresso coffee grains...then install it inside something like a stuffed valenties teddy bear...then send by fedex.
