Amanda Lynn Livelsberger, of Hanover, PA., told her 13-year-old son that if his homework was the first thing he did when he got off the bus, they would smoke marijuana together. She claims they have smoked together since he was 11.
A search warrant for the home turned up marijuana, an array of drug paraphernalia and $600 she claims belongs to a drug dealer. Lovelsberger is charged with corruption of minors, marijuana possession, intent to distribute and child endangerment.
