No, I think Verio have some network maintanance or something.
But it have been down too long now.

Hello,

We are doing network maintanance installing our brand new firewall.

You will experience about 20 - 30 second downtimes every 10 mins or so
for about 1 hour time.

The procedure is almost finished now..
