Actually, I was happy with them, until....
Their CS department started dicking my around last week, telling me an issue would take 3 business days to resolve, and it's now going on past 5 business days (REAL TIME however, is over a week).
I was going to post on a new thread, but since this one is recent enough, I figured I'd put my "drama" in here. But before I do that, perhaps someone from epassporte would like to offer their assistance? (I've seen this offer on other boards). I want to give them a chance.
You see, I joined epassporte, not because my bank was dicking me (like holding US check for 25 days), and not because I was dissatisfied with the service I get there. No, I joined epassporte because it's convenient, and funds are supposed to be available right away, and having a visa card to use online is an added bonus.
I don't even mind the $2.00 that's deducted by some sponsors for the transaction.
But epassporte, you guys are starting to dick me around, and I'm getting irate. Irate enough to post publicly about it, and this won't be my last post on the subject if I don't get some attention asap.
Now, I know it's sunday. I know not to expect resolutions today (hello, I'm not an idiot)... But, a nice little chit chat with someone who works for epassporte that frequents the boards would make me one happy camper... happier still if whatever the fuck is wrong can be resolved.
Go on, I dare you.
