OK...I've been buying all kinds of traffic from all kind of places these last few days. I've just this minute topped up a new campaign with fpc, some feeder traffic. Within 30 seconds of creating the campaign they had already sent me 200 uniques. I'm not exagerating, 30 seconds of creating campaign. Are the stats fucked up or is this for real?

Yes, it's normal. You probably started the campaign near the end of the hour. So the script tried to send you all the traffic for that hour within the last few minutes of that hour.
