You or I would still be in jail. DUI = driving under the influence, he obviously was under some kind of influence ...

"appeared to have been drinking" was on the police report .. GOT THAT? Not my opinion, from the police report. And he still was not tested!
It was one of the many reasons he should not have been driven home instead of jail ...
