I wouldnt use to much sponsors at once.
I also picked a couple of ccbill sponsors, cause that's easy with the payments.

if i were you, i will only push some sponsors as your starting point.
Choose the best or you may check out the sponsor on my sig.

i would push around 5. to test conversions on each. Some sponsors have lots of sites and lots of different things to promote, so you can signup and then promote their different sites if one doesnt converts.

when i first started out, i pushed about 20 or more different sponsers & different niches to see:
1) what sponsers' tours/sites convertered best
2) what did i LIKE to sell
3) what was i GOOD at selling
4) what sells best on what? (tgp, freesites, search engines, etc)

you gotta find your OWN recipe for success, and as hard as this is, dont play "follow the leader" with what everyone else is doing. think outside the box, be original, take some risks but still have the "basic plan" set, just dont be afraid to learn more & do more, and you'll be just fine.

Start with 2 max and build up traffic to them

when you have stable traffic go with next sponsor

I only use a few of course the one in my sig is my favorite dont give to many options to surfers they get confused and leave.

if your traffic is non us, there are still a lot of customers not paying with creditcard eg. eastern europe). It might be usefull to have a banner rotator, with geo-targeting runnign on your site. When you have a us visitor, show him the creditcard banners from your creditcard sponsor. If you would have someone from Germany, Switserland etc. they still run exelent on dailers. so for those countrys, you could hook up to good dailer sponsor.

i promote about 5 different sponsors actively. take a look at Adult Action Cash, one of my main sponsors.
