I cant associate myself with loose cannons , after deep thought it would not be beneficial to myself or my name. As far as them being upset....i really could care less.....if you knew his past he had it coming...

I will only say this , ( as I can not sdiscuss the merrits of the case )

but since you are only using inuendo all should be aware of that fact.
So fans of juicy, ask him to prove to you his words of anything dirty about me, and make him do so publicaly if there is any merit to it, or you should believe the actions and not the words.

Few weeks ago I was approched to do the fucking fired site. K i aint stupid I know why they did this... Now after a long talk with few people and seeing Joesho's antics the last few weeks I made a decision that for my own "brand" and such it would not be wise both business and in general to even be associated with anything Joesmo touches.

Reason being that loose cannons tend to cause harm and bring bad press to anything they are involved in. No contracts were signed. I nicely and in professional manner said...

Why are you pulling out at the last minute Juicy, everything is inplace due to your willingness to do this initially. The graphics have all been done which was no small job and the designer needs paying for this, the text and the site graphics/banners all need to be redone now because you decide a couple hrs after release that you arent interested?

Why would you pull out now when such time, effort and energy (almost 3 weeks) has gone into this, and you were 100% involved and behind it all, if you had concerns you should have said something before all this was even considered, let alone put to page. Do you have any idea of how this looks?

How unprofessional this looks, not just from your end but our end as well, due to you pulling out, we need a reason as to why you did this.

K then the loose cannon realized that his site would obviusly fail and decided to get all worked up. Now they are threatning me with a lawsuit which I am very eager to get served with.

I don't know you, but i have been reading your numerious post about this situation in the last 24 hours. Joesho has what like 5,000 plus post here and you have 50K+ post here so it is safe to say you are here 24/7 and no post gets past you. After reading all 5K+ of his post you couldn't tell what type of person he was ? You say...

To be honest with you all it's realy not any of are business, Juicy was going to do something with him but no papers were signed and he changed his mind. That's it. I undersand that people are upset but it's Juicy's right to change his mind.

Considering the sheer volume of daily posts this board gets, it's foolish to assume that anyone could see every single thing going on.

Also owned a lumber company.

Every post, sure no one can see every post. But come on, someone that has 50,000 + post must be reading an aweful lot of threads and I am sure he has seen enough of joesho's 9,000 post to have an idea if he is a "loose cannon" or not...

Here's a novel idea. If you are sooo concerned with your "brande" why not do a little homework on the people you are partnering with before you agree to do the project ?????

The number of posts doesn't say jack about the number of threads one person reads.

There are people with no posts that read a lot and people with many that read next to none.

It's dissapointing for Joesho that Juicy pulled out, that's perfectly understandable.

It's also perfectly understandable that Juicy pulls out for reason that are no one's business but his. Research or not, brand or not, it's his damn business.

Here's another novel idea. Leave Juicy do what he sees fit. He's a grown man and quite capable of handling himself.
