thanks for an offer that works, I would like to re-up all sig deals once they are up... just work the boards and get the Word out... with your sig and posts...I really hope we hired some great poeple that will do great things with XonDemand.com and at the end of the day it's all about the conversion from:

your J.O.B. is done ;-) that's yearly sig whore retention. remember we have tracking setup for everyones sigs and I ope that at the end of the day we are trying to get the converions up which will lock in your retention.
