    Does anyone else here not have TV/cable by choice?

    I mean I have a TV but no digital cable or anything like that.

    my TV is just used for ps2 and dvd's

    television will make you stupid

    Often times I wonder why
    There's love and hate, theres live or die.

          I guess if you like watching advertisements all day so big businesses can brand their name into your brain then TV is just right for you.

                      I didn't have tv for 23 years ... I never watch it . now I just got the new satellite / recorder with all the movie channels because I'm pretty bored lately

                              i hardly pay attention to the banners on boards and you dont have banners interupting you every 15 minutes for 5 solid minutes to peddle something to you.

                              its all about ratings, they dont give a fuck about you, just get sucked into their newest reality show and tune in weekly.

                                          we were thinking about getting rid of it since we only really watch 3 channels anyway...but the 3 channels we watch are part of the digital cable package. it's not like they're nbc, cbs, and abc.
                                          i wish you could order tv stations and pay for them individually.
