Multiple times. I've had security clearances over the years and worked for multiple law enforcement agencies.
Best tip I can give you is to stare at the wall and whatever color the wall is, repeat it in your mind over and over and over. If the color is blue, then keep telling yourself "The wall is blue." over and over in between questions.
Other then that good luck. I know people that have failed on the first question when they ask about their name and age.
