Do you think they SHAVE, or are just having technical difficulties? Saying they SHAVE is a very serious accusation, and shouldn't be made lightly.
The fact is: they have shown they don't give half a shit either way ... I just don't want someone painted with the wrong brush. Call them lazy (they are), call them dickheads when it comes to customer support (they are), but if you're calling "shaving," offer proof, or doesn't say it, man.
