Yes you are. HFS is a SUGAR which is a CARB and carbs have calories. Therefore you can't have HFS in a ZERO calorie drink. If diet sodas had HFS in them what would make them different than regular soda? It's the HFS that has ALL the calories people are trying to avoid.
