This is the third day I have called and gotten the run around. I have 2 accounts over there and I cant even login to them. This is now the 2nd time this month that I cant login to my accounts. Emailing them doesnt work, calling doesn't work - whats next?

The girl on the phone just told me to put on cap locks when pasting my password into the passbox....lol - then told me I was wrong when I told her thats not the way crtl c ctrl v works... After resetting the passes and trying to get in it just doesnt work.

Does anyone know of a person over there that knows that they are doing?

Any help would be appreciated.
