No wire yet not but Dont expect much.Most re-bills are now being declined. Talked to ibill/etelegate sales rep/account manager he said there aware of the problem but dont know why or hwats going on. Also after there 15% rake...then there "processing charges", the refunds , the refund fees and 50$ wire fee ibill winds up getting 70% of your gross and you get 30% .
