    Question For TGP Gallery Submitters

How are you holding up in today's "pay to play" TGP market?

How are your profits compared to 2 - 3 years ago? Are they higher or lower?

Are you getting more or less traffic now as compared to 2 - 3 years ago?

Do you like the way the TGP market has evolved or do you miss the old days?

    Webair Hosting

I use and recommend Webair for hosting.

Other programs lower, personal program higher. Overall higher due to personal program.

I miss the old days but am ok with today. I still rather liked when it was acceptable to have pictures on html with ads.

I would be earning considerably more than 2-3 years ago if the exchange rate was even remotely close.

There are more cheaters than ever. Andthe cheaters have more tricks. This I could do without. Eats a ton of time having to scan trades and galleries all the time.

Partners you say? They cheat to unless you really know them.

Some months are better than others. What the world doesn't need is another TGP. For the most part it is one big circle jerk with many webmasters trading with a shave of 50%. That means conversion get worse and worse. The surfers also see the same content (and ads) site to site with some of the big programs. But those big programs still send checks every month :-)!

We see a lot of TGP owners moving to pay sites and creating their own sponsor program. A good thing I think as it creates more variety.
For the real little guy going to pay sites is a big jump. Webmasters want FHGs, big payout PPS and a rep available 24/7. Ya can always move to a blog. The advatage to a blog is that therre is less free porn so the conversions can be better?

Much more traffic, and also more net returns. But my contacts and skills have also imporved a lot.

All the paid spots just didn't change much for me personally, it only made it harder to succeed for broke people, and easier for people that have money to invest.
And I think the biggest gallery submitters make even more these days than a few years ago, so the money just moved upwards in the pyramid.

if your not making money your doing it wrong..TGP submitting can make you a good living..75-100k a year with the right knowledge..having old relations with large listing site owners never hurts..out of the gate now and trying it would probably prove difficult..

That's a very generic statement. I could apply that to almost everything, from real estate infomercials to placing tiny classified ads in newspapers.

Same here. I think this is the case for the majority of gallery submitters. For TGP owners though, I'd say they're doing better than 2 - 3 years ago, now that they are charging to submit.
