Personally, I was in contact with Penn a bunch of times, the support gal (Cathy?), Jordan, etc, etc ... ICQ, email, phone ... every time, they just dropped the ball, failed to follow up as promised, etc. I can tell you that there is NO ONE there that follows up properly .. on $5 or on $50,000.
The sites are awesome -- I'm a member, myself -- but who do you think you're fooling, pretending the support is good? That's not the fight you want to pick ... the answer is "our sites convert, and if you think we shave, don't promote us. End of story, thank you, check please." The VAST MAJORITY of affiliates have NO problems. Those who do end up getting little to no help, they remove their links, and they move on. It's not rocket science -- that shit is an easy answer.
