The "Morning-After-Shake"
Add 4 oz milk, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, and 1 banana (may be substituted with 1/2 cup chopped strawberries), 1 crushed "Plan B" pill (available at your local Planned Parenthood). Blend well on medium speed until smooth.. add milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.
