How to accept VISA if located in Australia?

    How to accept VISA if located in Australia?

    So after spending thousands on software and content, I find out that I can't accept VISA with CCBill or other third party processors. I'm using Smart Tube Pro and don't want to pay huge money to custom integrate some obscure processor.

    Can I just register a Delaware LLC or do I need a US bank account and physical address in Delaware?

          register in Europe. It's cheaper and easier.

              What about tax? I don't mind paying tax, but I hate paperwork. I'd rather not have to file tax in Europe and Australia.

                          VISA want the person who signs up to be from that region and provide ID. This isn't looking good at all.
