                Fuck it start and affiliate program where you get a bunch of wanna be webmasters to sign up, and shit even if they get you 1-2 sign ups a month, when you have 100-1000 people doing it for you it adds up, and you can just sit back and relax.

                                                                        Numero Uno I had no intentions of doing that to no one, as I stated blantly many times. I did not use the logo, I was going to but then I scrapped what I was gonna use it for, so why should I pay? I didn't use it. Believe me if I would of used it he would of got his money, I've done business on here before with many people and they all have been sucessful transactions that we're completed, but I didnt use the logo so why should I pay? and why should I waste anymore time defending myself for no reason?

They took time out of their busy schedules to enter a contest, which by the way had a really low prize, basically to do you a favor.

                                                                                    I mean, if you hire a guy to come to your house and build you a deck, then you tear it down the next day and decide not to use it, do you refuse to pay him and not compensate him for his time?

                                                                                    Please. That's really weak. If you start a contest, you pay. Whether you use it or not is irrelevant.

You led to many talented designers deciding to no longer participate in sunch contests in order to not get fucked.

                                                                                                I explained this to you already, kiddo. I threw a logo design contest back in February. I chose three winners and paid all three for their winning designs.

                                                                                                The logos to this day remain unused, although they are indeed hosted on the domain they were made for.

                                                                                                Almost exactly what you did, but I paid my designers.
