First I don't see how we are fucked ?? Just because Visa USA made the jump to adopt the new rules has no effect on me. Yes it will cost me a few more dollars, but I bet that if you come back here next year I will be richer due to the fact that this will help curb a lot of the crap that is going on out there.
I will go out on a branch here and state the obvious for those of you which are not quite up to speed here, within the next 12 months Visa Corp will put the pressure on all regions to comply thru the use of fines and fees for not adopting the new rules. And this is not a bad thing, it will stop the scammers and those sites which have the high CB that make it bad for all of us!
