If I was using a fresh boneless roast I had just bought from a butcher, and if I knew and trusted that butcher to keep his machinery like sterile environment spotless,.... and if I even liked the idea of eating raw hamburger (which I dont)..... then, and ONLY THEN would I consider eating it.
If it was from a storebought package of ground beef no way in hell would I chance it. Good way to get E coli for one thing.
