    What do I need to do to get some serious affiliates?

    We have 1 paysite. I have 1 banner. We have a webmaster signup page. 50% payouts. What more do YOU need?

    I can't put out free content, FHG's, free hosting, etc etc all at once. I'm concentrating my admittedly limited budget on member retention. Also moving to a dedicated server in a couple of days.

    So what ONE SINGLE THING can I do to get your (BBW/Chubby/plumper)traffic? Remember, I'm taking names and I'll be contacting you once we've got what you ask for

                          1. Free content (precut if possible, they use and create there own galleries and use there own hosting)
                          2. Free hosted galleries
                          3. Free hosting for thier galleries.

                          Your competition is often providing most of those things so a smart move would be to try to work out how to do that yourself (if possible).

                          Usually in that order but depends on affilates.

                                              Nice amateur design looking site. One thing I noticed, not knocking your site is that you charge $19.95pm access.

                                              Thats $9.97 to me the affiliate and even less if you dick me 50% of processing fees as well. Now that member has to rebill for me at least 3 months to even get close to a pps payout. So unless you can show me data that the avg member is worth that on targeted traffic, I'm loosing out.

                                                              The single most important thing you need is 30+ FHGs. 60% would also help get you in the door. A LOT of the BBW sites don't take submissions, strictly listing FHGs and their own galleries.. Surf a bunch of the BBW thumb sites and make sure you have all the main thumb sizes made up for your FHGs as well.

                                                                              they offer free hosting, free content, 60% payouts, prizes, payouts by epass, exclusive content, submitting services and software, etc etc etc...

                                                                                              Example
                                                                                              Gross sale amount: USD 20.00
                                                                                              Reseller commission percentage: 50%
                                                                                              Reseller commission amount: USD 20.00 x 50% = USD 10.00
                                                                                              Verotel fees: USD 20 x 12% = USD 2.40
                                                                                              Your net amount: USD (20.00 - 10.00 - 2.40) = USD 7.60
                                                                                              The "Reseller" being the affiliate and the $7.60 going to me.

                                                                                              Since the price is set at $19.95 you'd actually get $9.925 recurring for a signup to AllChubby.com.

                                                                                              If you check other revshare programs you'll find that this is competitive with most.

But for myself on a revshare platform I won't push any site that offers a monthly below $24.95. Unless I can be shown stastical or first hand data that the retention is through the roof, otherwise as I stated I loose money on the sale.

                                                                                                      An example would be the gothic sites from Spookycash. Their similar pricing points wise to you and rebill & rebill & rebill. I've no quams pushing those as I know the ROI is there.

                                                                                                                                                                  Good advice. IF you have the right content in your site, then you should be creating different tours for different traffic sources. BBW sites can do well with big tit and mature traffic so you'd want to cater some tours to that type of traffic. That way you can get WMs with that type of traffic to promote your site as well.
