I was around in 2000-20002, and I do know what you're talking about, and I know ccbill did a huge cleanup of about 2 years ago and forced a lot of questionable girls to prove their age.

I do a lot of work with Non Nude sites, and I know many girls who got their sites scrapped with the cleanup and had to wait or change processors until they were 18.

I can't speak for non ccbill sites and european sites, but most if not all of those sites are ccbill sponsors, and all their models are 18+. I'll be shocked if any are under 18, let alone 14.
