The purpose of this thread is to give some creative designers with the desire to work an opportunity to find work. We have many sites and are always looking to improve conversions.
With that said, we also had hoped that professionals of this community would engage in productive design/graphic conversation. Wow, what a concept, a thread that could be entertaining, informative and rewarding.
Even though the thread fell off the first page and by our stated ?rules? should be over ? IT IS NOT! That?s right ? STILL GOING!
As far as payment for posts?
Those that have posted design/graphic oriented comments and questions that have fallen on the payout numbers will be paid. Continue trying to keep this thread on the first page with relevant posts and keep submitting tours for review.

I don't quite understand. I design, I have to grab members to get cash from CE or just design tons and tons of galleries then submit to CE then get cash?
