14 months in the business no earnings whats gone wrong

Hello Guys, Bought my site allready made up 14months ago www.69sexworld.com In very full time work so using auto pilot, search engine blaster and more recently submitplus, all still going. I have taken the full package from all 3. Thing is, I have not had a single sign up as yet. My support from my turnkey company is never all that helpfull(amberprotel) If your not a computor whiz, they arn't or don't seem helpful. Perhaps they have had my money, but heh! were partners, so surely they really do want me to make them money. At the end of the day I know that it is down to me, but I was really hoping that the promotional work I have paid for would have shown some sort of return by now. I would be very interested in anyones opinion, especially if you have been down this road, and how to get out at the other end in one piece, with some earnings in the pocket. Many thanks. Allan Sim

... Ok so let me get this straight, you bought the site, and havent made a penny back?
Those search engine blasters etc are no good if you don't know what you're doing, dont expect SE's to just see your site and wow I'm first for porn! Thanks SE Blaster!

coming from a surfer point of view, you're site looks confusing. im not even sure what it is really. and the blue background doesnt give a "warm welcome" feeling. that color blue is good for gallerys and hubs (get them to click and leave), but for something with a bunch of pics & ads on it, you want them to stay, and more importantly, come back and surf some more. get those bookmarks.

now, as far as SE traffic, you really gotta do a lot of reading on SEO. take the time out to read for an hour or two each day to learn something new. it only took me a month to master 1 particular search engine and get a #1 (non-paid) listing. do your homework ;)

Yes, absolutely correct. The most recent promo work is by submitplus. Guaranteed top 10 placement, spiders, metatag changes, And hand submissions to the main engines. This has been running for 7 weeks, and any day now i should recieve my ranking placement that they promised. Got a funny feeling about all of this. Yes i am new to the game, and am learning slowly, but with no return atall you sometimes feel like you have been ripped off. Although when i hinted at this with amberprotel, they naturally got a bit pissed off and said that it was simply down to me, not doing things as it should be done. I accept that this is probably the case

This is one of the most anoying pages I have seen, confusing too. I would try to change that first. Only thing missing is auto parts ,anything else you are already selling on that page.

                  Dooh

I agree with the boys in this thread...that site is pretty bad. Being the pervert that I am...I wanna be able to concentrate on something. All that flashy crap is distracting. Completely overhaul your site.

that means less ads, more focus on what you have.

How much did you pay for this "turnkey crap"?

Sorry buddy, but I think you got SCAMMED.

You can try that Adultwebmasterschool (also costs a little money but they lead you step by step and you will at least make your money back that you spent on the school). But I would recommend http://www.cozyacademy.com/ ; it's free and very informative; and the people there are very friendly.

                        I'll shoot it straight:

                        shitty site
                        weird sponsors

Man, you really think that you can "automate" all the work in promoting?

I think you are trying to offer too much and cover every base. You would be better off with a different site for each niche than one for all. Hire a web designer to create a fresh hot look and spend the bucks to promote them. As I always say nothing in gets nothing out.

You can make this work but that will take work. Buying stuff prepaid is just a rehashed version of something a lot of other people have and probably had a while back. Check into sponsors for content. Find a good TGP template and submit all your new sites to a bunch of TGPs. Once you get the traffic flowing I am sure you will see some return. Just remember if this is a get rich quick program for you you will be poor for a long time.

Oh, and if you are paying these people month in month out dump the bastards and start over. It is never to late to go back to the beginning.

The domain isn't bad. Make some simple pages with good sales text as SE food - link them together - one for each niche you're trying to promote.

                                        Choose some better sponsors.

Ask questions before another 14 months have elapsed.

                                                  Hm...

Well some people have already made some good points.

Dump the music. Surfer's hate it. Especially when surfing porn at work.

You list everything from dating site, swingers, porn, only thing missing is auto parts. Very confusing. Long ago I learned a lesson, and this cliche holds true..

"You can't be all things to all people".

Hence, you can either do one thing really well, or 10 things half assed. You need to pick one niche, one particular theme, and work it to the max. While you will not be able to market to EVERY ONE with EVERY fetish or liking, you will atleasat develop a core membership, or following for the ONE THING you do really well.

So pick one thing, niche, fetish, service, and work it to the maximum. Dump the music and intro, use more unique better fonts, illiminate that bottom menu bar. It's distracting, and takes away from the focus of your site (i.e. where you make your money on memberships).

It's not a complete loss, you just need to retool a lot of simple things. Just some thoughts.

Think thrice, if you really want to stay in biz, come to desicion and leave or work. And stop whining.

True enough Optic. If someone's a new webmaster, or starting another new site, get used to working 12-20 hour days for about 6 months before you either go insane, or are making a nice chunk o' change. There is never enough time in the day for those of us who run multiple sites even with all of the automation available out there. There is always a penny to be pinched, a resource or stat to tweak.

It is good variant also to build site team (webmaster himself, designer, programmer...).
