Where Do I Get Reputable SEO Guys To Hire For Optimization???

I've looked at a few companies but as with almost anything you never know what you'll get. If you have ever had a good experience with an SEO guy that knows what he does and he isn't in the priceclass WiredGuy is in then please leave your recommendation here.

Ask Jay or Swami, but both take $200-$300 per hour.
Read something about SEO by yourself, the most difficult thing is getting some good link partners.

yeh I've been thinking about them too. They both seem very capable people but the price is pretty high (by my standards).

Is there any solution on getting good links? (like a site where you can buy hardlinks or so?)

I don't know how other seo's work but I offer consultancy.You do the work but I tell you what to do.
That way you learn to be a seo.Its not rocket science.A four or five hour consultancy can ,if you are dedicated, return many fold.
I, myself am a example of that.2years ago I knew nothing about computers or the internet, little own seo.A few lessons from my brother, and I was away.
I am a one man operation apart from a friend who does a coupe of hours a day, I do everything myself, all by hand, nothing fancy like WG, and now make in access of $10G a week.
Unfortunately I am more or less unavailable for hire at the moment as I and my family are in the process of moving O/S to Vanuatu.

Personally I would go with the best SEGuru. That guy has some SERIOUS black arts stuff available.

where does this come from??? I haven't said anything about prices except for the fact that I'm not looking for WiredGuy rates (~unaffordale).
