      Title tags are supposed to be for text.
      Alt tags are supposed to be for images.

                      title is description and can be used for images and links
                      while alt is to be used when the image can't be loaded.

                                      I was adding links and pics with wordpress and i wondered if i should use the title option if i already have an alt text.

                                          I suggest you use both since alts dont show on mouseovers on Firefox (or something like that).
