So all these people are having the same problem at the same time and you guys have not noticed anything? your reps are still claiming everything is fine on your end? no comment on the Unrecoverable Errors people are getting? That is some good, honest customer service.

ps- I am aware I am using a fake name and no I don't work for another billing company
