hm yeah bringing down the hammer pretty hard... but all and all if you're legit you shouldn't have a problem with following the guidelines...it is kind of fucked up though that if you slip up ONCE that's it ... Checking each and every url is a good idea too... 4. If you happen to be lucky enough to be using Epoch, you will NOT EVER use another processor like Globill or they will terminate you for life.

8. If you do decide to stay with 3rd party processing, you take on full responsibility as though you had a merchant account, and get the privelege of continuing to pay the 15% transaction fees to the processor.
