if i hear the word surgery i am going to decline it.
Everyone I know that has had back surgery always just ended up being in more pain

Don't rule out surgery so quickly, it may turn out to be a minor procedure.

Even minor procedures can go drastically wrong when it comes to the back. It's easy to be hesitant. Doctor's don't even like to suggest surgery for the back unless it's absolutely neccessary.

That being said... they are getting better with it. It's just one of those things that will continue to progress with the more they know. Doctor's didn't even like going near the heart at one point but now they do bypasses and put in pace makers and do all kinds of stuff in there all the time.

just got back

My past has ruined my back

I was pretty bad into drugs about 4-5 years ago
Did it all - killed some shit in my that helps me staay strong n whatnot
plus my weight is an issue
i gotta drop 50lb's and i gotta go to psyhical therapy twice a week to help rebuild whatever it is i fucked up in my back

the thing that is killing me right now
I can not even pick up my new baby girl.
I am not aloud to lift anything over 5 lb's until this is taken care of

I am dying inside right now

Sorry to here that. If you want to lose weight witthout exercising right away just stop eating carbs like bread, pasta,rice, etc. Just eat meat and veggies and you'll drop weight within 2 weeks. Try it and your baby will appreciate it.
