You should be find with that domain as long as it has nothing to do with AOL. IF it does and their lawyers notice, they will not hesitate to take the domain away from you.

Why play with fire? Just get another domain...

You don't wanna go thru all the work of getting the shit going good and then AOL get bored and bring ya to court over a domain...

Who knows if they can...But are you gonna battle them in court if they feel like taking the domain?

Lol, of course they can. AOL owns many trademarks, including "AOL" and "America Online".
