I love how the page has an opt. out list for IM's:

Enter your Aim or Aol Screen name to opt-out and not receive anymore Messages
You can submit more than one name but not at the same time

Allow up to 24 hours for your request to become active

Please only put your screen name NOT @aim.com or @aol.com at the end

This is NOT some bull remove list, I will honor all requests within 24 hours

24 hours (or sooner) after you enter your name on this list,
You will not get any more IM's from me again, sorry if I bothered you.
