this is for a site of a very close personal friend of mine. he is opening an import/export biz and these are the 2 sites he likes
he needs something like this upon entry...with music

and he also wants the the times displayed for a half dozen cities in real time as well.
then he wants the site designed and laid out like this

he also wants an animated header, pretty much a rotating 3D logo
most importantly, the designer must sign over full usage rights to him.
