The more I think about it the more I agree with you lucwylder. I think having exclusive content is the way to go. Let's see what kind of product I can come up first.

A little more advice would be greatly appreciated. Since I have all the video equipment in house, the main expense will be the talent of course. How difficult is finding the talent? How does one go about finding talent without getting slapped!?!? What's the average pay for an above average girl for a day shoot? I think it would be fairly easy to find talent in LA or Miami...but Tokyo is a different world. Any advice??

that is why you should sell the content. Nothing's easy, and if you want to make some cash with a paysite, it's gonna cost you a lot of time, work and money if it is your first website.

You're in japan right? I mean, Japan is a huge market for this content (akira takatsuki, besides his boos series made a lot of vids with gaijin fucking japanese mankos)
x-city is a good corporation to start making business with. U should see if they wanna buy some o your content.

Yeah, I'm a white guy living in Japan. I speak Japanese and I have my own video produciton equipment (I shoot broadcast maistream stuff). I can handle the entire production in house including post produciton which keeps the expense low. I might try to sell the first couple to x-city to get some under my belt. Any other content buyers out there in mind? But really I'd like to distribute on my own after thinking about it.

Question: what's the best way to recruit talent for the projects (in Japan). Are there agencies? Websites with job postings? Of course I can find newcomers...but it would also be nice to get some experienced talent.
