About 10-13%.. But most of those tend to try again an normaly go through within an hour or so after the first decline so the number of 'real' declines is propably more around 3-5%

27% does sound extremely high

with ccbill 20%, but what fedfest said, many sign-up then within few seconds, minutes with a different try. So real rate is around 10%, maybe a little less.

You guys talking about all countries? or are what your processor sees as bad countries filtered out before you get that report?

We have our own merchant accounts and control our own scrub.
