Directway, that's right, sorry, my bad.
I am actually on a cable isp, Mediacom, and when it is good, it is extremely good. But man, when it goes down, it is insane trying to get support, they lie to me about WHY it went down, tell me it is going to take 2-3 DAYS to get out here to fix it and so on, and it is really getting annoying. The techs here are ... well, uneducated fools, I know more about the net and computers than they do. I have to literally tell them off to get anything done, or tell them to put me on with a Head Manager.
If it rains, it goes down, if the wind gets too high, it goes down, if they upgrade or update software or hardware, then it really gets ugly around here. lol
