I love it for burgers.

It keeps me good looking, but still tastes excellent!

Yeah, they sell burgers, sausages, fillet, you name it....
I'm going to give it try and if I like it, I'll buy some fillet or burgers next time ;)

I haven't had it in sausage but I have had it various other ways and liked it. I would eat it reguarlly if there was an easy and fairly inexpensive way to get it in London.

I've had the fuddruckers ostrich burgers a few times. Pretty good and much lower in fat that beef.
