There are some new alternative drugs to accomplish about the same thing. I did it the hardway for the colon exam. My sister went for her test and only had to drink a small amount of fluid, some new drug to clean her out for the testing.
There is more than one way to clean the colon. The irrigation or drink like 4 gallons of this awful tasting junk. A glass every ten minutes until it's done. You end up passing a lot of fluid (it turns clear).
There are also stool softeners that will help you clear things out. Eating correctly is prolly the smartest thing, but not many webmasters eat right. Pussy is good, but doesn't count.
This reminds me of these trinidadian people i used to work with, every month they would get off work for the weekend and go make theirselves blow colon all weekend long to "clean the colon" they would eat water crest to do it mostly, they had tons of natural herbs they got from the carribean to clean the colon heh, kind of a bad experience to be on the shitter for a day just for good health but thats life
i've done it, if you're not used to things entering your body that way it's a bit uncomfortable but i think a general cleansing every so often is good for ya.
I have to COMPLETELY disagree with Westy and Tracey. I have tried Colonblow 3 times and plan on ordering more. This works VERY well, but my guess would be that Westy and Tracey did not drink enough water. The more water you drink the better. This is NOTHING like taking a laxative. A laxative just loosens up what's recently been in there, but colonblow expands in your bowels and scrapes out every crevase and gets out all of the old stuff. And you know this is what it's doing because it doesn't look like the "normal stuff". It looks like rope and sometimes it's spirally like your colon. I would highly recommend this but you need to remember to drink a lot of water!! Also, I've tried it both while eating during the 24 hours and without eating and it is much easier when you don't eat because it expands in your stomach and when you eat food too, it starts to hurt. I hope you try it!!
