We have a ever growing list of "todo's" for programming tasks to be done and not sure where to find the best programmers.
Contacted a few outsourcing companies as well and they are more busy to get me to fill in the order form than to send me some CV's, one even refused to send me CV's and said they would pick the best guy for the job
Question is, is there any place that have a list of programmers awailable to work, and list their skills and a CV as well?
I'm not looking for someone with 6-8 months experience in example PHP or C++ so that rule out most of the "board programmers" and I am not happy about posting all project details on places like rentacoder
