They really are. They could have changed the payout dates but did not inform their clients. What they are doing is pure and simple theft. If they can't pay out at all or on time they shouldn't be allowed to keep on processing, its that simple. Even if you guys get paid i wouldn't suggest using them. This isnt the first time this has hapend with them. Look around google and you'll see tons of people who have been getting scammed for a while. The only reason they are trying to fix things with you guys is becuase this is a pretty big board full of tons of potention clients that could make tons of sales daily and thats more money for them. If in 3 or 4 months they start scamming again im just goign to laguh my ass off at whoever continues to use them.Comment

Well I spoke with Ross last week and was told that my wire would be sent out on monday, on tuesday I was told that there was a bank delay and the wire was sent out that day, now on friday still no money and Ross told me that "the bank" told them that there is a "delay" and the money should arrive in 3 days... Apparently Ross wired the funds due yesterday. I'll get confirmation this morning (in California) by the gateway provider who will be recieving my funds. If they didn't pay out, all hell's gonna break loose. I will put them out of biz and get their processing stopped no matter how much time it takes or how complicated it might prove. I already took some important legal measures but I won't mention them here and now. It all depend on the honesty of Ross but I have no reason to doubt him for the moment... Maybe he did send out a first batch of wires (which he confirmed to me as sent yesterday) and couldn't get them all out in one shot. Let's stay open minded (if its still possible with these people!)
He didn't tell me he had sent all the wires but he said that mine was sent. What they owe me represents 50% of what they owe to the gateway provider so I'm a big chunk already. I WON'T LET ANYBODY DOWN and will stay on their backs until everybody is paid... the ones who contacted me that is and I will let everybody know what is and has been going on in the background. Not getting paid because of a bank freezing the funds and suspending the processing is one thing, getting robbed by the people who run the company is another. They say the funds were wired Tursday but it takes 48 hours for the gateway provider to recieve the funds. I'll find out Monday.
Ross hasn't been on ICQ for the past 4 days so he's dissappeared for now. I worked for law enforecement (US Customs service) for 3 1/2 years and one thing I can tell you is that no matter who hides and how they do it, we always find them by FOLLOWING THE MONEY. The proper authorities are already informed about this situation. I'll post all details next week, depending on the outcome.
There is no need to rush things, Dingo, Daniel, Ross or even Mary Poppins can run but can't hide forever. The cash may be gone, but they will be held accountable of the fraudulent activity. I have forfeited the 8k merchol owe me to a law firm in exchange of some results and on top of that, I will pay them their fee.
I find it sad that some people owed money by these clowns haven't contacted me and don't want to go after them.

Hello again,
I have some good news for everyone. All accounts with Merchant Solutions are now up to date and a new payment system has been put in place to fix any future delays.
I will be spending the next two weeks improving the functionality of the accounts and have also employed more support staff to provide a point of contact on weekends.
I am not too sure how to prove that I am indeed my own person to any level that would satisfy a few of the more curios people on this board but my first public appearance as a Merchant Solutions representative will be @ PCIG on March the 1st and 2nd in Sydney. If anyone here will be heading to Sydney for the conference please drop me a line and we can arrange to meet up.
