Best popcorn in the world is at the Verizon Center in DC, made by Joe Brown behind section 104. He has the same equipment he had when he used to make the popcorn behind section 221 at the old Capital Centre. He was written up in a number of hockey publications and has autographs from a number of coaches, broadcasters, etc in his booth.
