    Looks a bit funny, RCN took him on then changed the terms of his support on the grounds that he actually used support.

    If they want to change the deal they should not only refund him but compensate him for the inconvenience they have caused him.

            i know lots of places that offer support for $400 with 5mbps.

            anyway, ya can't change the terms after the deal is in effect. and if you DO change the terms, ya need to lower the price.

                        I know where RCN is coming from...some clients are a real pain in the ass (I bet you were very good at pestering them on icq ) but if you made a deal you need to stick to it. Changing the terms afterwards is LOW.

                        Also like Trade_Monkey said, first you need a lot of support after moving until everything is working, then you shouldn't be needing any unless the host fucks up.
