Also once you get in your 40's if you're heavy you should get on 160mg's of aspirin daily to keep your blood thin. It used to be 1 80mg recommended. Recent research has indicated 2 80's are showing better results.
Also monitor your blood pressure on a regular basis.

Good advice. Being an EMT myself, the first thing we do for possible heart attack victims is give them 4 baby aspirin (320mg). Chew 2, swallow 2. The symptoms he described were classic for a heart attack (MI). Cold clammy, nausea, dizziness etc. With his other medical problems though it could have been from sepsis or anything else.
