A program can get new sites, upgrade tour pages, changes join pages, renew or build their members area this sure will infect the conversions.
Other then that, when I'm promoting a program I would like to see some good support and promo tools no matter what their payout is. If I have a question I would like to have a answer or at least a way to reach them
